Thomas est intervenu dans le cadre de notre soirée « Perspectives » pour nous aider à « démystifier » le sujet de l’intelligence artificielle pour nos TPE / PME. Avec un discours adapté, très pédagogique, et des exemples parfaitement choisis, il a été un des éléments clés du succès incroyable de cette soirée. Son duo avec Guillaume Avrin (coordinateur national pour l’IA) a été passionnant et a mis en lumière les risques et les opportunités associées à l’IA. Sa mission était claire : faire comprendre aux dirigeants de TPE / PME qu’il était temps de prendre « le train de l’IA ». Il l’a parfaitement accomplie ! Merci Thomas !

Thomas opened our annual British APCO event with an enthralling keynote presentation that lifted the lid off how AI and Chatbots can harmoniously co-exist with mission critical public safety needs – indeed machine learning has been core to incident response systems for many years. Yes, there are challenges to using AI, and there’s need to ensure that Chatbots are used appropriately; but both have a key role to play in improving public response to communications with our often stretched emergency services.  Thomas certainly helped put this into perspective – thank you !

Thomas' depth of knowledge on AI models and LLMs was impressive. He articulated complex concepts with clarity, making them accessible to both newcomers and people who already knew (somewhat) how they function.

The use of specific examples helped in illustrating the real-world applications and implications of AI technology (in fact, a TV media that reached out to us for an interview about the conference cited the example you spoke about AI recommending a person to commit suicide as worrying and illuminating). So it also sparked meaningful discussions.

It was clear that Thomas is deeply invested in not only advancing the field but also in addressing the ethical considerations it entails.
